Hi Alice:

This is an amazing trip! This is real and not just a praising sentence only. This is really out of my expection for the service and food especially during the trekking. I really would like to recommend to my friends. Acutally I have done that after I returned to HK during my friend's gathering. I recommend them that they must go for the beautiful scene, snow peaks and the relaxing environment. We need to back to the natural world (sometimes without electricity and television) with all the silence and all the stars in the sky.

And I have asked them not to stay in the capital for more than two days, we can go to the resort and trekking for more time!

For the homestay, this is good. But as Fitto mentions, there may be problems for the toilet if the guests for the 3 rooms do not know each other. One minor issue is that the rubbish bin in the toilet has no lid. I just think if there is any napkin, it is better to have cover especially for the guests who may not know one other.

I definitely would travel with Divine again. The trip and the meals are flexible, we can stay longer if we would like to and just need to inform the staff. This is what I like to as I do not want to have rush during the holiday.

Pls pass my regards to Rinji, Kaila, Pasang and Deepak! Miss them a lot!
Wish you all a Merry Christmas also!

Note from Divine:
Hi Doris, thanks very much for your feedback and really happy to know you enjoyed trekking Panchase. We will continue to improve Divine Homestay and our next guest will have a dustbin with a lid in the common toilet. :)

Our guide is always willing to help, provides suggestions and always present! A job well done, extremely! Food provided was good despite the living conditions.

The trip is a good eye-opener for students as well as for me as a teacher. Everything was well planned and on time. Duration of the trip was sufficient.

Kumar's service's tops! Very attentive and friendly. Dhruba attended to all our needs too. Kudos! Good job. Some room's heater not working but manageable. The drivers' skills are commendable too. Overall, it had been fun, relaxing and good experience with the friendly guide.

The guide is very attentive to our needs, gives good advice on maintaining our health during the trek and ensures we meet our objective safely.

Depending on availability of lodges, quality may vary but it is good considering the remoteness of the towns. The hotels are good!

Transport provided is good although road conditions can be improved. The food is of good quality especially given the conditions. Very innovative way of cooking with limited resources.

Overall this is a very good experience, able to meet our primary objective of reaching EBC and in a safe manner. The guides, porters and management of the agency provided especially excellent service prior to, during and after the trip. Very commendable.

Pema is excellent! When we had a problem, he was here with a solution. Always available!!! The camping was fun, we had all the comfort we need. Beautiful and smiley driver with good quality mirror in the bus!

I eat too much! Really good!!! I have to take some weight off for a long time but it is ok. The overall experience is marvellous!!! I'm sure now I'll be back to Nepal. I would like to go in the highest mountains next time. Perhaps to do Alpinisme.

Merci beaucoup and see you later Pasang! Derei Danyabat!

Hi Deepak & Alice,

Namaste! Just wanna drop you a note of thanks for all the arrangements made during our very enjoyable stay in Nepal. My friend and I were delighted that we have chosen to travel with Divine International. We must have caused some nervous moments for Alice in Singapore when I had to call her from the airport in Nepal and enquire about our pick-up (which turned out to be a comical story of missing each other there). Within minutes, Deepak returned my call from somewhere along the mountain ranges to check if we have found our guide. That was impressive. Deepak's subsequent calls every few days to say hello made us feel well-cared. Not many tour agents will do that.

Throughout our stay in Nepal, we found both of our guides; Tek and Dhurbar very conscientous in taking care of our needs and making sure we enjoyed ourselves. My friend and I also appreciated the transport arrangements made for us which was beyond our expectations. I also found Deepak to be a very thoughful and careful person. Fearing that there might be a lock-in by demonstrators in Kathmandu the next day and vehicles not allowed to leave the capital, he sent a guide and driver late at night to our resort and spend the night at Dhulikhel there with us so that we can be assured of carrying on our journey regardless of the situation. That's foresight and attention to details.

My colleagues were equally impressed when I relate to them this seemingly small incident to show how well we were taken care of. I will recommend you highly to any of my friends and colleagues who may be thinking of travelling to Nepal in the near future.

Yes, I agree, Nepal - Once is not enough. Hopefully I'll have the opportunity to travel there again some day. Meanwhile, may we bump into each other shopping at Heartland mall. :-)

Loved all the personalised services delivered by Deepak, Alice and Dhruba - First meeting with Deepak and Alice; call from Deepak day before departure; sms from Deepak upon return; all encounters with Dhruba (personable and professional).

Our visit to Asan Tol Bazaar was an extra to the itinerary but Dhruba kindly obliged when asked. He even brought us to buy trekking poles and pashmina wool scarves, stayed with us throughout! Quedos to Divine for assigning us both a guide and porter. Some couples we met on the way had one guy playing both roles.

Guide Subas is a man who gets things done. His relationship with lodge owners and his assertiveness got us privileges over other guests at times. Drivers were good. Domestic flight was above expectations and comfortable on board.

Our visa expired the day before our departure. Dhruba very resourcefully arranged for an airport staff to escort us through all the counters right to the spot where we waited on board. He even gave the staff some money to deal with any emergencies. Very thoughtful of Dhruba. The Nepali dinner at the end of the trip was a pleasant surprise.

Overall Divine has delivered all that was promised. We enjoyed our trip with Divine very much! We will consider going Nepal again on another trekking route. And will definitely recommend Divine to my friends, family and clients.

I have to commend everyone on this trek - guides and porters, Dhruba in Kathmandu, Alice in Singapore and Deepak who had the foresight to send us with 3 guides and 3 porters. Everything that could have happened, did in this trek. Baskaran decided he did not want to continue after Tengboche and Khrisna and one porter was available to help him down and back to Kathmandu. Dhruba then helped him make an early return to Singapore.

At Gorak Shep, Chia Chi had to be evacuated by helicopter. Again, Dhruba managed to obtain an emergency airlift at Deepak's advice. We were lucky to have Tin and Sonta so those who wanted to climb KalaPata were able to do so. After that Grace had to get down to Pheriche as fast as possible and Tin literally ran down the mountain with her behind her horse. Without this EXECELLENT sirdar and his asistant guides and porters, we would have not been able to accommodate all these desperate requirements. I thank you all at Divine International.

Excellent and exciting trek/climb to Island Peak. Very professional standard set by both guides. Without both support, successful Summit climb impossible. Kudos to Rinji Sherpa!

Dear Deepak and Alice,

Thanks for your hospitable treatment during our 13days in Nepal. We really enjoyed ourselves very much. It took me some time to settle in after the post holiday blues. Believe it's the same for the other two. It's back to reality for us now. Though we have taken plenty of pictures, these pictures cannot capture the actual beauty of the mountains and natural scenery. Nevertheless, I believe Nepal will always leave a special place in our heart.

Hi Deepak,

We really enjoy ourselves and this is our best trip we have so
far. We are very satisfied with our guide and porter, Gelji and Angkami.
They took well care of us during the trekking, surpassing what they are
suppose to do. They have also introduced to us many Nepalese culture and
food which we really appreciate and enjoyed.

Do let them know that we are very thankful to them for making this our
most memorable trip.
